PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASES: The personal data of the user of this e-learning platform will be utilised by Consortium partners Project E2DRIVER for the main purpose of appropriately managing the correct organisation, functioning and implementation of the training course(s) in which you are registered, which will entail the following processing purposes and legitimation bases:

     A)   Information on data processing of students registered in courses provided through the e-learning platform:

To send you the registration confirmation and to enter the registered student in our training platform (Moodle).

To provide the user with a user account and initial access password for the functioning of the e-learning platform.

 

 

The bases that will legitimise the processing of your data will be:

 

Express consent of the concerned persons given by the users in writing to the Controller prior to their access to this platform, in order to fill out the registration form (Article  6.1.a GDPR).

 

To draw up the list of registered persons/participants in the provided training courses.

To permit and ensure simultaneous access to the training platform, along with the rest of the users. 

To provide you with a user assistance system for possible technical incidents by means of telephone and electronic messaging.

To control and register your time connected to the course (monitoring of control). 

To generate records of your interaction with the program, as user, as well as all the activities that you carry out within the scheduled training activity.

To carry out the assessment and monitoring actions (periodic controls of the student’s learning) with respect to the participation and performance in the course in which you are registered. The platform will record the learning controls/assessment tests carried out, as well as the delivery and user’s downloading of assessment questionnaires.

To provide communication and continued interaction with the course tutors-trainers and motivators, through the necessary tutorials.

To record the interaction between participants and tutors-trainers. 

To perform daily backup and recovery of the information, with the data related to your participation and your taking full advantage of the course, to prevent possible loss of data and their rapid restoration.

To manage resolution of doubts related to technical aspects of the virtual space, utilisation of tools, clarification of contents, correction of tests, that you might pose as the user, through the corresponding communication tools enabled in the platform (forum and chat, among others). 

To prepare lists of the IP Addresses of the computers from which the different students carry out the course. 

To prepare accrediting certificates of participation/passing of the course, based on the data registered in the platform. 

Where applicable, if requested in writing by the user, to send information by any means, including electronic means, on other training courses.

B)   Information on data processing of tutors-trainers and motivators:

PURPOSES

LEGAL BASES

To register in our training platform (Moodle) as tutors-motivators, giving them the consequent permits and profile as administrators.

 

In general for all the courses given through the platform, the basis that will legitimise the data processing of the tutors will be:

Necessary processing for the performance of the contractual relationship.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To provide to the user (student and/or tutor) a user account and initial access password for the functioning of the e-learning platform.

To publish in the platform a professional description of their academic or training level, as well as their teaching or professional experience related to the course content, accrediting methodological training or experience as e-learning tutor of at least 30 hours. This information can appear included in the presentation of the course, didactic guide or on the initial screen of the platform, etc., and therefore, will be permanently accessible to all the users.

Indication of their first and last names and professional data in the contents and didactic resources of the course.

Preparation of a list of training tutors and motivators.

To permit and ensure simultaneous access to the training platform, along with the rest of the users.

To provide a user assistance system for possible technical incidents of the platform by telephone and electronic messaging.

Record of tutorial assistance and interaction with students: The platform will record the interaction between participants and tutors-trainers, (resolution of doubts on content, support tasks, as well as the hours of tutoring provided by each tutor-trainer and/or motivator).

To generate records of interaction with the program by you as user, as well as that of all the activities that you carry out within the training activity in which you collaborate.

To record the assessment and monitoring actions carried out by the tutors on the students: The platform will record the learning controls/assessment tests carried out.

To perform daily backup and recovery of information, with the data related to your participation and your taking full advantage of the course, to prevent possible loss of data and their rapid restoration.

To manage resolution of doubts related to technical aspects of the virtual space, utilisation of tools, clarification of contents, through the corresponding communication tools enabled in the platform (forum and chat, among others).

Where applicable, to make recordings, recording audio and images that could be transmitted live in the platform (i.e., through forums and/or tutorials) and/or delayed transmissions, as support to the didactic material and/or documentation.

Where applicable, to make voice recordings that may serve as support for virtual tutors.


Data recipients: The personal data of the users of the e-learning platform can be communicated to the European Commission and its corresponding control bodies.

International Transmissions: It is placed on the record that the server of the e-learning platform complies with the requirements established in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and which in any case it will be located in Spain; with the physical location of the server being the University of Valencia, Paterna (Valencia - Spain). The training platform will not lead to international transmissions of personal data, except under legal obligation, in which case, it will comply with the requirements established for this in the GDPR, and the users will be informed in a timely manner.  

Data storage period: The data will be stored in keeping with the criteria indicated below and during the required periods of legal and administrative responsibilities that may result in each case. During these required periods the data will remain blocked and once the periods have passed, the data will be deleted using a secure method. 

In this respect, the users will be informed of the following circumstances related to the storage of their data through the e-learning platform:

  •      The platform, as well as the user name and provided password will remain active during the entire period of implementation of the training action.
  •      The platform will store, during the legal period of four years, the following support documentation accrediting the course, which might contain personal data of its ownership, such as:
     (i)        Records of activity/interaction with the program (including the tutorial assistance and that of carrying out the learning controls).
            (ii)       Learning controls/assessment tests.
            (iii)      Contents and didactic resources.
            (iv)      Didactic guide (in which data of tutors may appear)
            (v)       Curriculum and accreditations of professional experience of tutors. 
            (vi)      Accreditation of delivery of Evaluation Questionnaires*.
            (vii)     Accreditation of delivery of Participation Certificates or Diplomas*.

Revocation of consent: You have the right to revoke your consent, with respect to the processing activities based on your consent, at any time and free of charge by sending an e-mail to mail@e2driver.eu, as well as to all the Data Protection Officers indicated in the table of the following point without this revocation being able to be retroactive with respect to the processing activities already carried out. 

Exercise of rights: You have the right to exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability and to not be subject of individual automated decisions before the Data Protection Officers through the e-mail addresses that are indicated below, as well as to the e-mail address mail@e2driver.eu. Furthermore, you have the right to file a claim before the competent Data Protection Agency or equivalent control authority, in the cases in which your rights have not been addressed.

Modification of the privacy policy of the platform. In case of modification of this Privacy Policy, the users will be duly informed of the change in the personal data processing conditions by means of a notice in the platform which will appear automatically through the emerging window or pop-up system.
